Are there course prerequisites for classes?

Any course prerequisites are listed in the schedule of classes in MySSU. 

Open university students can review class prerequisites in the SSU catalog. Using the Catalog Search, please select courses, and then search for the class's catalog number (e.g. BUS 491).

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that all course prerequisites are met prior to registering for a class. Failure to meet course prerequisites cannot be accepted as a justification for a refund of fees.
